Authentic Irish Pub

You’ll find our passion for authenticity in every detail at Hagan O’Reilly’s, so much so that when you walk in the front door, you’ll feel as if you stepped across an entire ocean and reunited with old friends.

Since my wife and I come from a long line of pub owners, we recently traveled back to Ireland to research as many pubs as possible as we made plans for Hagan O’Reilly’s.  (It was a hard job, but somebody had to do it!).  All of the best pubs, especially in Galway, had a common trait: each was built by Billy Mulcaire, a master carpenter and pub builder from County Clare, Ireland.  We were so impressed with Billy’s work that we brought him to Orlando to personally supervise construction of Hagan O’Reilly’s. Billy ordered the woods and other building materials from his regular sources in Ireland and had everything shipped here.  Now that’s authentic!

Who is Hagan O’Reilly?

When my wife, Mary Claire and I decided to follow the family tradition and open an authentic Irish pub, we considered several names.  We thought of our families in Ireland. My wife’s grandmother was an Egan, and my grandfather was a Cassidy, and we are proud to say that there are many pubs in Ireland with those names to this day. But when it came to naming our pub, we decided to pay tribute to our fathers, Hagan and O’Reilly, and begin our own tradition right here in Orlando.

We spared no expense with our on-tap system to give you the ultimate European draft beer experience. Our state-of-the-art Nitrogen Generation System creates a unique mix of nitrogen and carbon dioxide for the perfect pour. The beer enters your glass at the ideal temperature in a liquid swirl that tumbles, surges and gradually separates into a smooth creamy head and a dark body. Sheer perfection every time – it doesn’t get better than this!

Step outside to our spacious patio bar and enjoy the finest cigars from a wide selection.  Ask us, and we’ll recommend the best cigar pairings with your favorite drink.

Our Pub is a unique dining experience.

In addition to our traditional menu of great Irish pub foods, Hagan O’Reilly’s features a special Pub dinner menu with an inspired selection of appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Check our special menu and get a preview of mouth-watering dishes such as Salmon Dingle Bay and Dunquin Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb.  Then join us for dinner.

Cozy rooms and private nooks

In addition to the general bar area, you’ll enjoy the cozy rooms and private nooks throughout the pub designed for festive or romantic occasions.  Find your favorite room in the pub.

Egan’s Corner. Gather for drinks with your friends and family in this private area near the bar.

Cassidy’s Cottage. Complete with a fireplace, this cozy room is a private eating area for up to twelve people.

MacIntire’s General Store. This cozy room looks like an old-fashioned general store and creates an intimate space for drinking and dining.
